Warranty
The company guarantees high-quality products that meet technical requirements. The warranty period is 36 months from the date of delivery.
TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS
Doors must only be moved in a vertical position or with mechanical means (such as carts). Dragging the door on the ground is not allowed.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
To avoid deformation (warping) of door panels and other components, they must be stored in a horizontal position on pallets with rigid bases and supports, in a dry and ventilated room. Storage temperature should be between -10°C and +40°C, with humidity levels between 25% and 70%. Door panels must be protected from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and moisture. Doors should not be stored or installed in rooms where construction or renovation work is being carried out (e.g., floor pouring, wallpapering, etc.). Depending on the storage temperature, doors should be left in the room where they will be installed for several days to equalize humidity and temperature parameters. Installation of certain door units should only be carried out by installers recommended by our company. It is mandatory to install ventilation openings in bathroom doors (to allow airflow in rooms with high humidity). Warranty on height-trimmed interior doors is valid only if trimming is done from the top and bottom, not exceeding 20 mm, and the cut areas are lacquered. For bathroom doors, special openings in the lower part are recommended. For rooms with high humidity, it is essential (including for warranty preservation) to create special openings in the lower part of the doors and additionally lacquer the top and bottom edges.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Doors should be used indoors with air humidity between 25% and 65%, and temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. During use, mechanical methods that may damage door panels, frames, or trims should not be applied.
It is forbidden to use cleaning liquids or abrasive powders when maintaining the doors. For care, it is recommended to use a dry cloth or napkin, or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush. Furniture polish can also be used.
WARRANTY repairs are provided upon presenting this warranty card and the sales invoice for the product; the warranty card must be properly and clearly filled out.
The warranty is void in the following cases:
- Presence of mechanical damage (external or internal) to the product;
- Violation of storage, installation, or operating requirements;
- Unauthorized replacement of parts or alterations to the product structure;
- Damage caused by improper use of the product;
- Storage of doors in rooms where wet construction works are carried out;
- Installation and repairs performed by unauthorized persons;
- Damage caused by fire, lightning, floods, or other natural disasters.
